Q: How do you control the quality of your products?A:We will collect samples before producing a large number of products. We have a professional QC to test the quality of the samples and mass production. If you need samples, we can send it to you.Q: Can I ask for one sample before placing orders?A: Yes. But usually, you need to pay courier costs and sample charges.Q: How long will it take for sample?A: Normally it will take about 3-7 days.We can have a detailed discuss by email.Q: Can you make our design or put our logo on the product?A: Yes. All designs are welcomed. But please send designs with clear information. (Excel,word)then please send your design or logo to our email. In addition, This part needs to reach a certain amount, the specific quantity we can communicate by mail.Q: When can you deliver our items after my payment?A: It depends on what kind of items you order. If it is RTS order, we can ship normally in 3-15 days according to the order quantity.If it is OEM order, normally speaking, our delivery date is around 20-45 days after receiving 30% deposit.
