Return Policy:

For online purchases (excluding final sale items and gifts) through Gar Bethe, exchanges or refunds are permissible within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by all original tags and packaging. Original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Please Note:

Certain items are ineligible for return or exchange, including bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimwear, final sale items, and lingerie.
Returned items must maintain their unused condition and original packaging. We do not accept worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.

Refunds:

All online purchases (except lingerie, swimwear, jewelry & accessories, and final sale) through Gar Bethe can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached to the original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable.

Return Process:

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at services@garbethe.com to request the return.

Step 2: After receiving your email with a return request, our customer service representatives will send the return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the return.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week after we receive your package. We will email you once your refund is processed. FYI: There may be a delay ( about 1-2 weeks, depending on your credit card company) in processing your refund if your original payment method is a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is confirmed canceled, you will get a full refund. We process the refund action within 7 days.

We do not accept order cancellation requests once the product is shipped out.
